Licenses

French ↔ Arabic correction is free. Other language pairs need a premium license: $1.49 USD per month or $14.99 USD per year.

  • Buying a license: online checkout is not available yet. To ask about a license, email us at keyboardcorrector@gmail.com.
  • Activating: when you pick a premium language pair, the app opens an activation window. Enter your license key there. The app then shows your plan and expiry date.
  • Expired license: the app falls back to French and Arabic until you renew.
  • Offline: activation needs an internet connection. Free correction does not.
  • Cancellation and refunds: see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Troubleshooting

Where can I download the app?

The Windows installer is not available for download yet.

Nothing happens when I run the correction

Select the text first. The app corrects the selected text, so with no selection there is nothing to correct. Make sure the program that holds the text allows copy and paste.

I do not see the right-click menu

The menu appears only when text is selected. It offers Cancel and Correct Keyboard Text. Without a selection your normal right-click works as usual.

I cannot find the window

Keyboard Corrector runs in the Windows system tray. Check the hidden icons near the clock. If it was started with Windows, it starts hidden. Opening the app again brings the existing window forward.

The activation window appeared

You picked a language pair that needs a license. Enter a valid key, or choose French and Arabic to keep using the free pair. Closing the activation window cancels the change only. The app keeps running.

A word was not changed

Numbers are kept as they are, and words that are already valid in the target language are skipped.

My clipboard changed after a correction

The app uses the clipboard to read your selection and puts the previous clipboard text back afterwards. Images, files and other non-text clipboard content are not restored, so copy such items again.

Reporting a problem

Please include:

  • your Windows version,
  • the app version (shown in the About window, currently 1.0),
  • the language pair you used,
  • what you selected, what you expected, and what happened.
